Ошибки, которые были обнаружены потому, что они противоречили логике, например:
дата рождения пациента указана как январь 1921 г., ИРФ датирована январем 1992 г., а возраст пациента отмечен в ИРФ как 60 лет;
имя пациента явно женское, а пол в ИРФ отмечен как мужской;
в анамнезе не указано, что у пациента было хирургическое вмешательство, а осмотр выявляет шрам после аппендэктомии или гистерэктомии.
